I <3 My Friends
I love my friends. :)
My only complaint: Why wasn't I invited along for the fun?

lol, who did that? That's awesome
Anyway... about your little population thing. That whole kill one person to save a million really does make morals go to pot. It sucks so bad. It's like... you know that one person has rights, but then again, if they fuck everything up, you have to kill them. It's all too confusing. I have no clue where to draw the line. Who's to say that the person doesn't/couldn't mentally heal? It's kind of like giving an amateur a very high position such as commander. There's no saying that he couldn't be a good commander someday, but we can't trust him now. Unfortunately [losing the metaphor], the only way to... not give him the position [which is be a free member of society] would be restraint or execution. It's definitely not fair. But you have to make the call. Lot's of not fair things had great effects for the good of mankind. Is it fair that a killer has to die for his actions? Most people would say yes. But who really knows? All he's doing is fulfilling his desires... or acting on his impulses. Perhaps he can't help himself. Maybe he had a bad father. But all of this is irrelavent. If he's a danger to society, he's a danger to society. He is a pathogen, and pathogens must be dealt with.
